Our services include:
- valuation of equity interests and shares;
- determination of the value of claims (receivables);
- valuation of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, licenses, etc.;
- preparation of opinions for the Enterprise Register regarding the value of non-monetary contributions to share capital;
- preparation of opinions for the Enterprise Register regarding the sufficiency of assets in the event of company reorganization.
- Business and intangible asset valuations at our company are performed by a certified appraiser, Ivars Strautiņš – holder of LĪVA VSB Certificate No. 5 for business and intangible asset valuation, and a TEGOVA Recognized European Business Valuer (Certificate No. REV-BV/LV/LIVA/2028/1).
