Valuations are prepared in accordance with the Latvian Standard Property Valuation LVS 401:2023, European Valuation Standards (EVS), International Valuation Standards (IVS), regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia, and the requirements of the Appraisers' Code of Ethics.

SIA "BIZNESA KONSULTANTU GRUPA" provides valuation services through professional appraisers whose qualifications are attested by professional qualification certificates issued by the Latvian Association of Property Appraisers and the European Group of Valuers' Associations (TEGOVA) in real property, business, and intangible asset valuation.
