SIA “BIZNESA KONSULTANTU GRUPA” has been providing real estate valuation services since 1999.

Real estate valuations are performed by appraisers certified by the Latvian Association of Property Appraisers (LĪVA), who possess the appropriate qualifications and professional experience in valuing various types of real estate.

Our services include:

• valuation of commercial properties (including real estate and technological equipment that forms an integral part of a production process system);
• valuation of office, retail, and industrial/production facilities;
• valuation of undeveloped and developed land plots;
• determination of market rental rates for real estate.

We prepare valuations for:

• financial reporting purposes;
• disposal (sale/transfer) transactions;
• collateral for loans and guarantees;
• other purposes as specified by the client.

At our company, real estate valuations are carried out by appraisers certified by the Latvian Association of Property Appraisers (LĪVA):
